Within the last couple of years our teen members have earned trips to Georgia, Florida, Missouri, and Arizona

History

Boys & Girls Clubs of Omaha, Inc. is a member agency of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Omaha’s United Way of the Midlands. The Clubs were formed from several attempts by the citizens of Omaha to provide services to the underprivileged and poor boys and girls in the city.

BGCO was incorporated on April 1, 1961 and has been serving the Omaha metropolitan area for over 40 years. We continued to grow, assisting more youth each year. Over the years, the Clubs have received national recognition for its service to youth. One member also earned National Youth of the Year honors. BGCO’s rich tradition is a tribute to the community and the support it lends to the Clubs.
