Fridays at Camp
Fridays at Camp Nakomis are special days! This is a great time for campers, parents, and staff to reflect on all the fun they have had throughout the week. Parents can come to the Awards Ceremony at 10:30 am and the Ice Cream Social at 11:30 am. There is no need to RSVP…everyone is welcome!

| 9:00 – 10:30 am: | Special Event Related to the Weekly Theme |
| 10:30 – 11:30 am: | Awards Ceremony at the Amphitheater (parents welcome) |
| 11:30 – 12:30 pm: | Lunch & Ice Cream Social (parents welcome) – Enjoy free ice cream, meet the staff and explore Camp. Parents please bring your own lunch. |
| 12:30 – 2:00 pm: | Special Interest Clubs |
| 2:00 – 3:30 pm: | Water Day….water fights, slip n slides, water guns, sand castles, etc. |
| 3:30 – 3:45 pm: | Load Buses |
| 3:45 – 4:15 pm: | Depart |
Special Interest Clubs (12:30 to 2:00 pm)
These clubs are special opportunities for campers to take part in activities that interest them. They are all voluntary and campers can pick which they choose to attend each Friday.
- BB Gun Club – Campers will be closely supervised by trained counselors while they hone their marksmanship skills on the BB Gun Range. Safety is priority one in this club and no campers ever have to attend if they do not want to.
- Arts n Craft Club – Campers will get extra time utilizing their creativity skills.
- Girls Only Club – A chance for the girls to get away from the boys and do cheering and other girls only activities.
- Sports Club – Extra time to play more sports on the Sports Field is always a camp favorite.
